Certifications for studying online?

I am planning on starting to study again (at the age of 31 with two children) online based at one of the top Universities, but now my question would be if I do need any certification to be allowed to study at one of these Universities!? Any admissions? Licenses? Acceptance tests? And what kind of admissions would that be? Can someone give me any advices or regards? I would be very thankful for any kind of support and help.

If you are keen interested in study then you should go to some education consultant for proper guidance. Or try to search some online short term course on the internet. Which can give you technical as well as some social education.
